Request for refund of payment amount

How are you? I can't cancel the free trial subscription of Adobe, so I have to pay regularly. 

I am writing an email to request a refund. 
 
The order number is P20220616KR92220658.
The payment method is Credit Card. 
 
Samsung Galaxy Store said that if you ask Adobe headquarters, they will refund you.
I have canceled my subscription, and I would like to ask for a refund. Please check it.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with subscription and charges.

 

Could you please share with me a few details:

1. The date when you purchased the subscription;

2. The date when you canceled the subscription;

3. The receipt for the payment.

 

Please share the above mentioned details so that we can check better on it.
