Can I have a refund please, I got charged £62 this morning for yearly subscription that I haven't used yet and cannot afford, I have already cancelled , many thanks

@jonathan_0055 because this was posted in the Reader Mobile, it almost always means the transaction was handled by the platform's native store, not Adobe directly. You are essentially making an "In-App Purchase." The payment method on file is charged by Apple, or Google, who then remit a portion of the payment to Adobe.  So, it's great that you cancel with them

Because the payment was processed through as Apple, or Google, (depending on what device you used), those companies hold the billing relationship with you as a customer. Adobe, in this context, does not have the ability to access the accounts, billings, or even initiate or process a refund back to the user's credit card or account balance. So, you need to contact them about your refund, not Adobe.
