Requesting Refund for $21 fir 7 day only subscription

I signed up for a seven day subscription with Adobe just to be able to use the edit feature which by the way did not work properly and now I'm being charged $21. I'm going to report Adobe to the Better Business Bureau if I do not get an immediate refund. My email is [P.I removed by moderator]

They sent a refund only to renege on it and are charging me again!!! I’m disgusted by Adobe!
