I am receiving this message when trying to send documents out for e-sign.

I hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

 

Please try logging out from the application and then logging in back.

 

Are you trying to send the documents from within the application or using the web browser? Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the event for me to understand better?

 

Also, as a workaround, you may try sharing the document for e-signature through https://acrobat.adobe.com/.
