Hi,

 

Yesterdat I saw that there is a reservation on my credit card, but I don't have any membership? Someone that can explain this... cause I can't reach tge customer service!

I checked your account with the email address registered in the community but could not look for any active subscription.

 

If the charge you mention is on Adobe's end, would you mind sharing a screenshot showing Adobe's name so we can escalate it further for more investigation?
