I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry you're having trouble getting into the app.

To reset your password:

1. Go to https://adobe.ly/4xwKxu6 and click Sign In.

2. Click Forgot your password? (or Forgot?) below the password field.

3. Enter the email address linked to your Adobe account, and check your inbox for a password reset email.

4. Follow the link in that email to set a new password, then try signing back into the app.

If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder, and also confirm you're entering the same email address your Adobe account is registered under.

If you're still unable to get in after this, please reach out to our support team directly Adobe Support.
