No puedo restaurar mi compra de mi suscripción, me dice que está activa pero al momento de resturar me marca error; ¿que puedo hacer?

As we have checked your emails, there is no active subscription. Do you have some other email on which the subscription is active, then try to sign in with that email and try the following steps:

  1. Tap Profile icon.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Restore purchases.

After a dialogue appears stating your purchase is restored, relaunch the app and try using your paid services.
