I have checked your Adobe account and found that you have an active plan for Acrobat Premium.
What happens when you try to use the application? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity. Also, make sure you are logged in to the Acrobat mobile app using the correct Adobe ID, as you are using it on this community.
