@khaireddine_3102 The most common reason for a subscription not activating is that the software on your device isn't "talking" to your Adobe account correctly. When you buy a subscription, the license is tied to your Adobe ID (your email address). The application on your device needs to sign in with that same ID to activate the features. Just Sign Out and Sign Back In
