Restore purchase won’t work

I purchased the premium subscription a while back and when I went to login, I saw it said I was a free user but I checked my subscriptions with Apple and it is still subscribed to premium services. When I hit the restore purchase button, it say cannot be done at this time and it's been like this for a couple days now. I've deleted and redownloaded, logged out and nothing works. If this doesn't fix soon, I'm want a refund because I'm not going to be paying for features I can't use.

I hope you are doing well, and I am sorry to hear that. As described, you cannot restore the purchase of the Acrobat Premium subscription.

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID/ e-mail you are using on this community and could not trace any active Acrobat premium subscription. Please make sure you use the correct Adobe ID/e-mail to log in to the application and check.
