Restore subscription

I cańt restore my subscription, it keeps telling me that I should log in with the correct account, but I don't have another account...

Hello, did you find a fix for it?  I'm having the same problem.

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and am unable to find any paid subscription. I also see that you are using the Apple mask ID. Please try to log out of the application, reboot the device, and log in with the actual email address you used for the subscription and see if that works.
