Restrict Editing

Hello, I have used Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 to create a PDF fillable form and add "restrict editing" protection on it.

When I open using Adobe reader on PC, it works well and I am allowed to fill in the fields.

Howerver, if I open the file using Adobe reader App on mobile phone, I am not able to fill in the fields.

What should I do to allow user to fill in the fields on the PDF using mobile app??

Remove the protection.

If the protection is removed, the user may edit the form, in which I don't want.

Are there other solution that restrict editing is kept but users are allowed to input the field on mobile app??
