I purchased a new cellphone. When I logged in on this new phone I could not see my previous downloaded documents. How can I get them back?

Save the documents in the Document Cloud and you can access them on the other device.

Hi Gene5EE7,

Adding some help links to a correct suggestion by @Bernd Alheit .

I would suggest you always save a copy of the file to some other location or you can upload the files to Document Cloud.

If the files were saved within the application, they are by default uploaded to Document Cloud.

Open Document Cloud and sign in with your Adobe ID and the password.
Then go to Files > Document Cloud

The problem is they were not in the document cloud. The documents were saved to my previous cellphone. It has been a lot of work but I believe I have all of them moved to my new cellphone and once I did I immediately moved/saved the documents to the Document Cloud.
