Retrieve trash

Unless you saved you documents to the Document Cloud, iCloud, or to the Files section of your iPad, your files are stored in the Reader app. When you deleted the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you got a message telling you your data would be deleted, and you had to either Cancel or Delete the data and app. Once you deleted the app, your data was gone.
