Samsung S9+ will not open PDF.

My Samsung 9+ will not open PDF's.  When I try to open a document it shows an error and says I need Adobe Acrobat DC.  The Playstore doesn't have this specifically named app.  I downloaded the DC app from Adobe and it doesn't download, it simply opens the Adobe Acrobat already installed.

Any ideas?
