The Google Store counselor said that the refund request was canceled because the Adobe company already have the money and they don't return the money, so what can I do in this situation. This money is all my property. If I don't have this money, I can't eat it right away.

It looks very unusual for a response like this from Google.

 

I checked your account and saw that the subscription stands cancelled. Would you mind sharing the Order ID, date of purchase, and when you reached out to Google for the refund over a Private Message? 

 

This helps me forward it to the concerned team for investigating a possible refund case in the backend.
