Hello,

I received a lab results as a web link and when opened I wanted to save it as PDF.  My iPhone allows my to do it via share and then choose the Acrobat option, but the "acrobat" option does not appear on my iPad Pro.  Is it available and how do I add the function?  Thanks

Hi Eran98BC

Hope you are doing well.

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Application version?

You may save the required PDFs locally on your device.

Please take the help of the steps provided here How do I download cloud document to local for offline access on iPad? in this forum thread with a similar query.

Check if that works for you.

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

For iOS Adobe Reader Mobile verion: 21.03.00

Let us know how it works at your end. If you have any further queries please feel free to reach out to us.

Regards

Ria
