Saved and Filled Document became blank. All same form of the same file still blank.

Hi everyone, 

I am encountering an issue whereby a saved and filled document became blank after I tried to reopen it to edit after two days. As I have previously saved this file under cloud and send a copy via email. Both files are encountering the same issue where filled informations are missing except the signing initials. 

I filled it using an iPad and tried to edit using the same iPad. 
If anyone out there knows something, will appreciate your help!
