Select only one word when press on iPad

On iPad: Is it possible to select only a single word when press? Currently a random number of words before or after that word are selected.

Hi Tttong,

Yes, it is possible to select a single word from the text in the PDF.

If you long press on a particular word, only that word gets selected.

If you are not able to select the word in that way, you may drag the selection to the single word or character from the selected text.

Thanks! I knew that, but it selects more than one word most of the time.

Could you please check if you experience the similar behavior when you select text in other applications?

Selecting text is not an application feature.

I have tried to replicate the same on our end. It selects one word at a time.

Please try to check on other files or applications.
