Sending copies of noted pdfs on the iPad

Hi,

I am working on pdf documents, which I write on with the apple pencil on the iPad.

I copy these marked up pdf documents and paste them into an email to send to our team.

 

Recently I have this additional note attached to every pdf I send

"Edit,Sign and share PDF on the go. Download Acrobat reader for mobile and the link to it."

 

I have a paying Adobe subscription.

 

How can I please get rid of this text?

I would be grateful for any advice.
