Sorry for the delay in response.

 

In the Document Cloud, it is not possible to share the folder.

You can only share the file with another person.

I'm sorry this confuses me.

 

If that is not possible then the Adobe Help guide should remove from its content every section that explains how to share files or folders in the document cloud.

I thinks the question needs to be rephrased, as you can share a link to multiple users where they can then access a folder with all your saved assets in it, OR,  a link to share a single file.

The question asked on this thread is regarding the Document Cloud account, not the Creative Cloud. Both the cloud spaces are different. In the Document Cloud, you can only share the files or link to files with others.

 

If you check the link that you have shared above, it provides the information on how you can share the files and folders in Creative Cloud account. In the help document, at extreme right you can see the application/service name to which the information applies to.
