Sharing fillable workbooks for students

Hello, 

I'm attempting to make workbooks fillable and sharing them with students.

1) where they can't see each other's response 

2) where they can fill-in the answers from the website and not have to download another app but be able to stay on the class page.

Are both these options possible at once? And if so how?
