Shows me a free user but I have a subscription and it won't let me use features

says to subscribe but then I already am

Sorry to keep you waiting.

I do not see any active subscription registered under your current email (same as used on Adobe community). Probably you have signed up with a different email and that is the reason you have been shown as "free user".

Think of any other possible email address you might have signed up with and try to sign in with that.
