Signature background turns black on iPhone and iPad

Hello 

 

I've been using acrobat reader as my main PDF application for a while, but after a glitch I had to reinstall the app on all my devices. Now I can sign and stamp documents easily on my Mac, but unfortunately on iPhone and iPad signature and stamp background instead of being transparent turns black. I use the same image file (PNG) on all devices.

Can anybody advise what is the problem ?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile and the delayed response.

 

I tried using the workflow with a transparent background image (PNG) file, and it worked fine.

 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The iOS version your device is running;

3. A screen recording of the issue for better understanding.
