Signature Capture on Phone

Using Adobe Acrobat Reader on MotoZ4 phone with ver 10 Android. When I try to capture a signature using a PDF form, sometimes it will only allow me to capture the initials, not the signature. I use the same PDF form each time. The only fix I know of is to remove the app on my phone and reinstall. That will work for a while and then back to the same issue. Any suggestions?

Hi,

 

We recently came out with new version of our application. Adobe Acrobat Reader Mobile 21.10.00. Try to update the application and let us know if you still face the issue. We will look into the issue deeper and get this resolved.

The latest version of Adobe for Android did not solve the problem. As before, when I open the form on my phone. It will allow me to capture the signature and initials. That works for a while but then it will only allow me to capture the initials.
