Signature disappears once I email my pdf
I'm using the Adobe app on my Iphone X to collect signatures on pdf service tickets at each of my accounts. I then have to email those signed pdf's to my office. Once received, the document always arrives minus the name and signature. Everything else I've added to my pdf is still there. Prior to the most recent update, I was able to flatten the document before sending. Now it seems that option has been taken away. Any idea what may be causing the issue? I've already checked to make sure the document is being opened with Acrobat DC.
