No logro que los ver los marcadores en todos mis disposositivos.O sea, si estoy leyendo desde la tablet y marco algo, cuando voy a la compu el marcador no está. Aclaro que los documentos están guardados en mi nube de adobe y claramente tengo una sola cuenta que es que uso siempre.

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

 

Have you started experiencing this issue recently, or was it occurring earlier as well? What is the version of the Acrobat Mobile app and the OS you are using?  Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating it to the latest version available on the App/Play Store, and reboot the device once.

 

As described, the documents are saved in your Adobe Cloud, and you have been using the same account, as always. Please try the steps below:

1. Check that Sync is Enabled:

  • Make sure you are connected to the internet on all devices.
  • Confirm that Cloud Sync is turned on in the app settings.

 

2. Save the File Properly

  • After adding highlights or markers, give it a moment to sync.
  • You can also tap/select “Save to Document Cloud” again to force a sync.

 

3. Refresh the Document

  • On your computer: Close and reopen the file from Document Cloud.
  • On mobile: Pull down in the Cloud section to refresh the list.


4. Check Which Copy You Are Editing

  • Sometimes there may be a local copy and a cloud copy.
  • Confirm the one you are editing shows the little cloud icon.

If the issue continues, please share: a small video recording of the steps you ar taking and the issue as it occurs for further investigation.
