Hi there

 

Adobe doesn't keep a record of the user passwords to open the PDF file.  As described earlier, the best would be to recreate the PDF file from the source document or to contact the creator to get a fresh copy of the file.

 

There isn't much that we can do.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Passwords for a PDF file are made to respect the privacy and encryption of the creator. In case you forget the password to a file, the only option here would be to contact the creator and either get a fresh copy of the file or get the password to access the file.
