Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
What is the version of the Acrobat App and the OS you are using? To check the version, tap on Profile> About Acrobat and check for any pending/missing updates from the App Store. Then, try updating the app and rebooting the device once to see if that works https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/troubleshooting.html#view-app-version
