Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What is the version of the Acrobat App and the OS you are using? To check the version, tap on Profile> About Acrobat and check for any pending/missing updates from the App Store. Then, try updating the app and rebooting the device once to see if that works https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/troubleshooting.html#view-app-version

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? What is the workflow/steps you are taking? What is the OS (Android or iOS) you are using?

A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

Once we have all these details we will be in a better position to assist you further and share more relevant troubleshotting steps.
