Buen día. Solicito un reembolo, ya que yo cancele mi plan hace varios dias, pero veo que no se efectuó, y se me acaba de facturar el mes porfavor agradeceria que se me podriera reembolsar ya que es inicios del nuevo mes

I checked the details and saw that a subscription for Adobe Stock was canceled, and a refund has been initiated. Just in case you do not receive the amount, I suggest you get in touch with your bank to check the details of it.

I looked into your account details with the email address registered over the community and could not get any active subscription for Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Could you let me know the subscription you are referring to so that we can investigate further.
