Any solution to Adobe Acrobat Reader crashing on iPhone and iPad?! App crashed while in use and won't open anymore. Still crashing despite successful updates on both iPhone and iPad. Urgently need solutions to have access to exam study material on both devices.

Hi Holly_Baker5605,

Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

If the files were saved locally in the application, I am afraid they cannot be recovered. Once you uninstall the application on an iOS device, the data is removed along with the application, which is a design feature of iOS devices. We always suggest backing up data when uninstalling the application on iOS devices.

However, if you have any files saved on Adobe Cloud Storage, you can find them on the Acrobat web account. To access the files on the cloud, go to Files > Adobe Cloud Storage on your device.

I hope this information is helpful to you.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
