Number one how do you create a document inside of adobe.com number two if everyone is having problems with Adobe help me decide is it good that I sign up and have the same problems or is there a way to resolve these problems because I don't see anybody getting their problems resolved

I hope you are doing well. As per the above description, I understand that you want to create a document.

 

You will need the desktop application and a subscription to Acrobat Pro DC to create a document from scratch. With the Mobile subscription for Acrobat Premium, you will be able to create PDFs but with images that are available on your device.
