Some PDFs open blank

Question

My bank and insurance company uses PDF format for policy documents. The auto insurance ID cards consistently open as blank on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with android. The same documents open fine on a Windows computer with Acrobat reader.

Sorry for the delayed response. We have released the update that addresses this issue (Android version 21.2.0.17204). We recommend updating your application via the Play Store. If you still face the issue, please use the below-given link to generate a bug report so that we can analyze the root cause.
