Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID (Apple masked ID) you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid plan for Acrobat premium.
Please ensure that the email used to purchase the plan and the one used to login to the Acrobat mobile application is same. Please logout of the application and re-login with the correct Adobe ID and see if that helps.
