Soooooo frustrating

I can't log into my subscription even after I say restore purchase.

Is there no app support.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for an app that I can't restore. I did the update & loged out and back in but still can't restore purchase.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

 

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID (Apple masked ID) you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid plan for Acrobat premium. 

 

Please ensure that the email used to purchase the plan and the one used to login to the Acrobat mobile application is same. Please logout of the application and re-login with the correct Adobe ID and see if that helps.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

I checked your account and could not find an active subscription for Acrobat on the email address through which you posted here on the community.

 

To test, could you log in to https://adobe.ly/4kyjglg and check if you can use the tools there? 

If it does, you might need to log out of the application and log in again.

 

If it doesn't, you might need to check your email address through which you are logging in.
