Spawn a page in PDF on mobile device (Android etc)

Hello,

So I've created my pdf form. All is great, except one thing...

1) I've 2 tickboxes, when tickbox 1 is clicked, there should be spawned template (from page, I know) with text fields, when tickbox 2 is clicked extra page should be deleted. IT WORKS perfectly when I'm doing it on my PC (of course I'm talking about JavaScript).

But when I try to click that tickbox on Iphone...it does nothing, no page is spawned. I've the software on iphone to open and fill pdf's (I can fill easily all the text boxes visible).

So my question is: How to make mobile device version of pdf spawning the template when tickbox is clicked?
