New Phones also have these issue.

We're trying to sign to Adobe Acrobat mobile (Samsung Galaxy S25) using a corporate account but encountered the SSL Certificate Authority is not trusted.

Tried to sign in using the mobile's internet (not connected to company's wifi or VPN) and have the same error. Signin in to mobile internet browser is not an issue but on the app itself as it was looking for the SSL certificate.

Hi gilbert_3117,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please try signing in to https://adobe.ly/4cuxdh3 on your mobile device's browser. Check if you can sign in without any issues.

Also, please share the screen recording of how you are trying to sign in on the mobile application. Try manually adding your credentials when signing in.

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Any resolution on this? I'm running into similar or the exact same issue. "An Error occurred while authenticating. The SSL certificate authority is not trusted." VPN is disabled. This is only happening on our Android devices. iOS is fine. This is also happening on both the personal and work profile apps (not specific to our MDM work profile).

You rooted too? Seems to cause this.

Nah we restrict rooted and jailbroken devices in Intune.

It’s looking like either our WiFi or access point certs\SCEP might be causing this.

What’s frustrating is it works on just cell service so not sure why it’s necessary for a user trust authority to be involved here
