It has been 2 months since the subscription, and I'm still recognized as a Free User.

No premium functions available.

Please organise refund for the last 2 months unavailability.

Hi @oqbfhj287,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with the Acrobat Reader Mobile subscription.

I checked your account and saw a canceled subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. Since the subscription stands cancelled, you cannot utilize the application's premium features.

If you have a separate account that has an Acrobat Premium subscription, please share the Email address with me on Private Message so I can check further and investigate the issue.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Souvik,

I hope this email finds you well.

[Private information removed by moderator] is my only Samsung Account that I have tried 7 days
trials.

And the attached is the proof of valid subscription that comes up on my
Galaxy Store. I've also attached trasaction made from my account.

Please let me know how you can help me with this.

I would like to officially request for refund as I'm not available to
access any of the premium features since the beginning, and even though it
is fixed, I don't want to rely on this unstable app with my essential works
for a year.

Regards,

Eric Choi

Hi,

I believe that for the mobile app you need to rebuttle the refund through the app store where you transacted to pay through your Google Play account, for example.
