Still not able to access premium features

I am still not able to use premium, even after restoring purchases, signing out and back in, still states subscription is expired

I have 2 email addresses, I have logged into both and experience the same result.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

I checked with the email address registered here in the community and could not find any active subscription on your account.

 

Could you please if you have the subscription on the same email address or a different email so that you can use the subscription features?
