    Hi, I have exactly the same problem in my I pad. It seems to have to do with files I create&save in word. Does not happen with pages and imported files.

    Long press on any docx file, klik share, and pick Word app. The file will be opened in Word. After that, all docx will be opened on Word.

    There is no Word option on long press.

    Can you tell us a little more?

    • Do you have the free Reader on your phone or do you subscribe to the Premium edition of Reader?
    • What are the exact steps you are using when this happens?
    • Can you provide screenshots or a video?

    I had acrobat premium on my iPhone.
