When I click on a PDF file on a website it asks me to download it to my Android phone. Subsequently I can just click on the file name to open. It doesn't do that on my Windows PC. How can I fix this

Hi @Gerald370952905tj6,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

The feature you mentioned, is a general capacity difference between the architecture of a desktop and a mobile. If your device has the framework of opening PDF files directly from websites, it will automatically redirect to the PDF viewer.

If not, it will prompt you to download the file first and then launch it through Acrobat or through your device's native PDF viewer. Acrobat does not play a part in this process.

Hope this clarifies your question.
