I believed I already subscribed. 

1. Is this a scam email?

2. If it is not, how can I open the account that I already have on file so I won't overpay?

    I have already subscribed for one year but now it's showing the plans to subscribe again

    I already have my subscription and it doesn't expire till the 22/5/25 and I need to create my PDF so I can do wat I need to do pls
