Subscribed but cannot use all premium

Hi can you please help me.I'm paying monthly fee but I cannot access all of the premium features of this app. This is really dissapointing!!!

Hi Hannah98BC,

 

Please try restoring your purchase. You can tap on the human icon on the top right of your home screen. Then click on Subscriptions. Here you can then click on 'Restore purchase'.
