Subscribed to adobe but not allowing to use features.

I recently bought 1 month subscription but not allowing me to use features and asks to subscribe. When I try to subscribe again I get error msg already subscribed.

 

 

 

What should I do .. ?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

As described, you are unable to use the premium services and getting the pop up message to subscribe again, I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active paid subscription.

 

Please try to log out of the app on your device, reboot and relogin with the correct adobe ID used to purchase the subscription and check.

 

You may also try to restore Purchase, tap on the Profile > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase and see if that works https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/mv-managesubscriptions.html#resolve-issue-in-restore-purchases
