Subscribed to Premium and only have free account

I downloaded the iPhone app for Adobe Acrobat and upgraded to the premium subscription so I could edited documents for my classes. It worked great the first time and I was able to rearrange my readings for my classes for the first half of the semester.


Now I'm starting the Back-9 and needed to edit a few more docs, but I had to reinstall the app and now it says I have the "free account". I still have an active subscription yet the app says I need to upgrade again, but when I try it informs me that I have an active membership and "to wait" for services to be restored.

 

Anyone else have similar issues?

I'm having the same problem and I've been paying for over a year now with my Apple account.

Hi there,

 

Please try restoring your purchase. You can tap on the human icon on the top right of your home screen. Then click on Subscriptions. Here you can then click on 'Restore purchases'.

I'm having the exact same problem and it tells me that my subscription will renew on Nov 16. Were you able to find a fix for this?
