SUBSCRIBED TO PREMIUM BUT WON’T GIVE ME ACCESS TO FEATURES

I am subscribed to Adobe premium but won't let me have access to the features when I select the $9.99 monthly plan that it pulls up it says I am already subscribed and it renews on Jan 5. PLEASE HELP
