SUBSCRIBED TO PREMIUM BUT WON’T GIVE ME ACCESS TO FEATURES

I am subscribed to Adobe premium but won't let me have access to the features when I select the $9.99 monthly plan that it pulls up it says I am already subscribed and it renews on Jan 5. PLEASE HELP

This email is not showing any subscription active, please check if you have any other email and try to sign in with that. You can send the email to us in a private message so we can check the subscription status.
