i paid, and im still "free user"

I hope you're doing well.

 

I’ve reviewed the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you're using in this community and noticed that you recently subscribed to Acrobat Premium. To resolve any issues, please try the following steps:

  1. Log out of the application.
  2. Reboot your mobile device.
  3. Log back in using the same Adobe ID.

If the issue persists, tap on your profile icon in the top right corner, navigate to Subscriptions, and select Restore Purchases to see if that resolves the problem.
