I subscribe to the yearly subscription, and I was deducted about 11000. After a month, i could not edit or do anything premium. So I request that this is looked into and worked on. Thank you , I will attach
Thank you for sharing the details. Please try to log out of the application and re-login and see if that helps. You may also try to restore the purchase, tap on the Profile icon > Subscription > Restore Purchases, and reboot the device once and see if that helps.
I tried this but it's still the same issue. If it can not be resolved then give me a refund please. I have not been able to use it for almost a month now.

What happens when you try to use the premium features of the application? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity. Also, a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.
