I am being charged $15 a month but I only have access to the free stuff how do I fix this?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

As you are not able to use the paid features, please try the steps suggested  below:

  • Launch the application
  • Go to settings (tap on the profile icon at the top right of the screen)
  • Then go to Subscriptions > Restore subscriptions.

 

If that does not help, sign out from the application and reboot the device.

Launch the application and sign-in using the Adobe ID.

 

Let us know if the issue still occurs.
