I have renewed my subscription and when I go to edit a document it's still telling me to subscribe??

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry ot hear about your experience with the application.

 

As per my understanding, you are unable to edit documents with the application. Just so that we can assist you better, could you please share a screenshot of the pop up that says to subscribe.

 

Also, while you do so, please try the below steps and let us know if it helps:

1. Sign out of the application;

2. Restart the device;

3. Sign in back and check.
