I'm already subscribed but it keeps asking me to subscribe when I try and combine files.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience you had with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Is it giving you an error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the news with us so that we can investigate further.

 

Also, try the below steps:

1. Logout of Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device, log in with the same credentials, and check if it works.
